Afrimart Immobiliere et BTP is an international real estate company whose parent company is based in the United States in the City of New Albany in the state of Ohio .Its head office in Senegal is in the town of Kaolack. The company Afrimart Immobiliere et BTP specializes in the construction of houses, apartments, shopping centers, administrative buildings and other public works (including private and public developments).
We sell turnkey houses and apartments. Currently we have programs in 5 regions in Senegal including the regions of Kaolack, Tamba, Kolda, Sedhiou and Kedougou. We also offer our services to individuals and Co-operatives who already have their land and those who do not. We support our clients in financing their houses or apartments.
CURRENT PROGRAMS
“SALAM 1” located at the entrance to Kaolack on the Gossas road on the right going towards Kaolack is our current program in the region , followed by “SALAM 2” also located at the entrance to Kaolack on the right on the road from Fatick going towards the town of Kaolack.
“SALAM 1” will make a total of 900 houses and 196 apartments. The city will have a shopping center, a supermarket, a school , a sports complex, a monthly Even room and several public gardens.
“SALAM 2” will also be equipped with a supermarket.
